  7. has  two  orifices.  When 
  8. water is  poured  into the 
  9. dropper,  by covering  one 
  10. orifice  with  a  finger it 
  11. is possible to control the
  12. rate  at  which  the  water
  13. drops  on  to the inkstone
  14. through    the    syphon 
  15. principle. This lotus-pod
  16. water dropper fits together
  17. with  a  water  pot  in  the 
  18. shape  of  a  lotus  flower,
  19. both  having  corresponding 
  20. holes.
